1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using theChatStage (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chatstage.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Post hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload malware, run automated scrapers, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any rights.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion when these rules are broken.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the messages, images, audio, and debate contributions you submit. By posting, you grant theChatStage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Debates and live rooms

Debate rooms may be viewed by anonymous guests as part of our public discovery experience. When you join a debate, you acknowledge that your messages, display name, and avatar may be visible to unauthenticated viewers.

7. Ratings

After a chat or debate you may rate the other participant. Ratings must reflect your honest experience; coordinated or retaliatory ratings may be reversed and may result in account action.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, theChatStage and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
